At the culinary helm is the legendary Chef John Lei, who brings decades of experience from prestigious Las Vegas properties like the MGM Grand and Treasure Island to present a vision of authentic and reinvented Chinese classics, perfectly complemented by a curated selection of fine teas, sake, and Chinese beers.
